Recently, my hubby purchased this deal http://www.groupon.my/deals/national-deal/matrix-calibre/716196724. For only RM 199 to purchase an external hard disk, indeed it is a very good deal. Voucher terms stated delivery is within 21 days. Waited for more than 2 months but the product still not reached!.

Not a single notification by phone or email to stated the status of this purchase. Soon, he received second notification email saying that some customer might not received the first notification they have sent out and they are sending now again to let us know that this product is not available. 

Due to major manufacturing defects and shipping problem, Matrix Calibre can no longer guarantee the same product quality that was promised when you made your purchase. Given the circumstances, we are pulling down this deal.

Please accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience this deal has caused and if you have any query regarding this Groupon, feel free to share it with us and we will be happy to be at your service.

When i see this email, i was wondering why they did not check on the quality before they sell it to customer? And we are hoping to get this product and waited for such a long period for this status.What we get is the late sincere apologize  from Groupon email?

I write twice to them.Really disappointment with this deal and i requested for compensation from them in addition to the full refund. First email, just saying another apologize.I insists, keep on writing getting my customer rights and finally Groupon given me RM 20 credited to my hubby account. I am sure if the website deal wants us to continue to support them, they need to make the customer happy and satisfy, of course have a good team of customer service too..
