Hj Sharin Low Seafood Restaurant is  a Chinese Muslim Restaurant serving authentic Chinese cuisine. We are pleased to be introduced to the owner, Hj Sharin and his partners Mohammad Azimullah and get in touched with them closely how they set up this interesting business with unique type of HALAL food with Chinese cuisine combination. 

This seafood restaurant is opened since 2009, and now grown to 18 outlets even up to Jakarta. Located at very end after passing by a row of high end bungalows at Bukit Antarabangsa, this is the first restaurant opened. Chinese Muslim restaurant is quite limited within Klang Valley and this is consider a niche market as high demand from Malay people to try out Halal food in Chinese cooking style. For Indian, they can choose for vegetarian food as well.

The specialties menu here are: Roast Duck Taufu Mukmin, Emerald Fish imported from Norway ,Champion Chicken ,Salted Egg Crab, and Salted Egg Prawn.

Nyonya Style Steam Fish with chili paste - This dish really opens up my appetite. I think i can have two bowl of rice with this nicely done gravy, spicy and sour taste with mild sweetness. Fish is soft and fresh. You must ordered this to complete your meal. Strongly recommended and this is really my favorite dish. Extremely Tasty and tantalizing with the perfect balance of flavors.

Emerald fish from Norway - With high omega 6. Same nutrition level as you are having salmon. Surprisingly!


Steam Fish with Soy Sauce- Fish is a popular dish that symbolizes wealth and abundance. Steaming is the purest style of cooking, which allows the natural flavor of the fish to shine through, thus here are using fresh Emerald Fish imported from Norway.The fish steamed with soy sauce and topped with shredded ginger and cilantro leaves. Simply irresistible and this steamed fish is best to have it with white rice, drizzled with the soy sauce from the steamed fish. Great!

'Siong Tong La La'. Ingredients of sliced ginger , cilantro leaves, mushroom and sliced carrots. Sweet soup based and goes well with rice. Fresh 'la la' serves hot from the kitchen.

Honestly, this is the best salted egg crab i have ever tasted. Big flower crab (Ketam Bunga) that is so finger-lickin' good.The flesh can still be easily separated from the shell even though is deep fried. Awesome!!

Fresh crab and each bite is so delicious and crispy. Salted egg melted in each pieces of the crabs.Yummy Yummy!

Yin Yong Prawn - A very creative way to combine two types of dish that creates different tastes. Butter prawn and dark soy sauce prawns. Prawns is big and fresh. I prefer the dark soy sauce. Juicy and easily tear off. Here is famous for their butter prawn and something that you must not missed. Strong aroma of the flossy egg  and curry leaves makes this dish tastes amazing.

Champion Chicken - Presentable and most interesting part is the ingredients that have been used to make this chicken so tasty and delicious. Boneless Chicken Meat is very soft and tender, marinated with 'Sparkling Juice' (non alcoholic) . Juicy and savory. The fruits surrounds looks so attractive. My hubby seems to love this dish so much.

'Lo Hon Chai' a very famous vegetarian food for Chinese cultural. Thus, in a Halal serving, we can now try this mixture of fresh vegetables with fu chok, peas, mushroom, carrots and cauliflowers.  A healthy type of dish and suitable for vegetarian as well.

'Kam Heong' Beef- Signature taste of the Kam Heong, spicy and you will sure love the taste pairing with a bowl of rice.

Simple, clean and family oriented seafood restaurant. They also provide catering services, wedding and parties events. Wedding package is from RM 688 and Hj Sharin mention here is quite flexible. They can arrange the menu according to customer budget and they have a very pleasant set up for wedding function. Do checkout their Facebook photos. Can accommodate up to 25 tables.

Unique Chinese Muslim restaurant with high quality of food with simple deco and friendly staff. Highly Recommended for family and friends gathering to dine in here. Will definitely introduce this place to my Malay buddy. 

And i just got my colleague feedback who always dine in Sri Gombak area, this restaurant is excellent, the food tastes so good and she personally love the taste of the salted egg squid, fried rice and butter prawn. Quite crowded during weekends, so make your reservation earlier perhaps.
