The Art of Lights and Colours
A day of fun-filled activities for the underprivileged at Quill City Mall

Kuala Lumpur, 5 November 2015 – In conjunction with Quill City Mall’s Diwali celebration themed “The Art of Lights and Colours”, from 30 October 2015 - 10 November 2015, the mall gave back to the community by treating an underprivileged home for children on 4 November 2015.

The mall hosted a total of 34 children aged between 4 years old to 13 years old from the Persatuan Kebajikan Sinthamani Divine Life Ashram Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor ahead of the Diwali Festival.  The children were treated to a lavish luncheon at The Chicken Rice Shop, thereafter a movie treat at Golden Screens Cinema.  This was followed by an afternoon tea at Pancake House International and finally, to a fun-filled programme at Kid’z Paradise.

“Quill City Mall aims to be a Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) driven mall, and we take this festive opportunity to remember the underprivileged by inviting them for a fun-filled day in our mall, to feel the vibe of good cheers and company!” said Ng Chee Kheong, Group Chief Operating Officer of Quill Group of Companies. He added that the home was chosen as the team felt that there was a need to reach out to a home that was in need and less remembered.

Quill City Mall takes the opportunity to wish those celebrating this auspicious festival a Happy Diwali, may your lives be filled with lights and colours from the Divine!
