As part of its support, Herbalife provided the athletes with nutrition products during the preparations and throughout the Games. Herbalife also supplied winter wear to the athletes.

“As sponsors, we are elated at our athletes’ successes and are extremely proud of them”, said Sridhar Rajagopalan, Sub-Regional General Manager, Herbalife Malaysia & Singapore. “Despite not having experienced snow in Malaysia, all four athletes were able to bring home medals – which is quite a feat, as they only practiced on sand back home. They also competed in the cold – in a climate that is largely unfamiliar to the athletes. This made it both physically and psychologically challenging for them, and nutrition played a vital role in ensuring the athletes were always on top form.”
